chemistry comic strip
This was a fairly straight forward project. Students were to demonstrate their understanding on the topics: Physical and Chemical change, by creating an aesthetically pleasing comic strip.
For this simple project, students were given a blank comic strip to fill it with their learnings on physical and chemical change. However, the comic strip itself had limited drawing space. This forced students to carefully plan how much information and content they can portray. Leaving the comic with the eye catching drawings with enough learning material to get their point across.

One thing that I found really challenging was the limited amount of boxes students were able to illustrate. The teacher provided blank comic strips for students to use at the start of the project. The strip consisted of a limited amount of drawing space, leaving students to get creative with how much content they can portray.

Creativity had many ups and downs. The limited comic space left me in a without ideas.
The work became quickly repetitive. I discovered how long my patience can stretch. I wasn't satisfied with the art of the comic strip. Yet again it was the best I could've done and aware that I should be proud of it. |
